Then in what feels like overnight it becomes planning a million little things and the joy can easily become stress. While it can be easy to get overwhelmed and stressed with wedding planning items and bridal to-do’s it’s also important to take care of yourself.

You’d be surprised how much more you enjoy wedding tasks such as picking out your dream wedding dress when you’re not feeling on edge, stressed out and exhausted. You can take your time, enjoy trying on different wedding gowns and find your dream bridal look.

Yes – this can actually be helpful for wedding planning! Although it sounds like the exact opposite of what you want to do it’s important to give yourself time for hobbies and activities that bring you joy. Whether its binge watching a tv show with a face mask, or taking time for a luxurious bubble bath this is important to help you with reducing your stress. Planning a wedding isn’t a sprint it’s a marathon and ensuring you take time to recharge and don’t get burnt out is key. Here are some ideas for taking time away from wedding planning
